Do you still feel it?
Ten minutes of mobility, shaped by your recovery and the day you are actually having.

Your body changes every day. Your routine should too.
You know your split, your paces, your numbers. You could not say what your back is doing.
Stiff most mornings. It has been that way long enough that it stopped registering.
You can push through almost anything now. That is the part nobody warns you about.
SOMA was built around the days you actually have, not the ones a routine assumes.

You train hard.
SOMA teaches you to listen.
Your body is giving you signals all day.

Not a chart of your body. Your body, carrying what this week actually put into it.

A Ritual
9 movements
The one most days ask for. Long enough to reach what your training left behind.
Choose the moment. SOMA shapes what happens inside it.

Every workout leaves something behind. Tight hips, heavy legs, a stiff back, a restless body.
SOMA remembers what you’ve done, then helps you respond.
Same body, a different amount of the week still in it.

SOMA reads your recovery, your activity and where the load landed.
Get a short ritual built for what you need now.
Your body changes every day. Your routine should too.
The body you train is the body you live in.
Recovery is not a rest day. It is a skill.
Ten minutes is not a compromise. It is the whole idea.
Your hips remember the ride. So does SOMA.
No streak to protect. No score to chase.
A body you notice is a body you can look after.
A short mobility and wind-down practice that changes with you. Each ritual is built when you open it, from a library of 86 movements, sequenced to flow through the body rather than jump around it.
It reads your recovery score, last night's sleep and your training from recent days, then weights the movements toward whatever carried the most load. Recent sessions count for more than older ones. You can steer it too, toward hips and legs, back and shoulders, or something even and gentle.
No. With WHOOP connected the ritual adapts to your actual recovery and training. Without it, SOMA asks how your energy is and whether anything feels tight, and uses sensible defaults. Everything else works the same either way.
Six, ten or eighteen minutes, chosen per session. There is also a 90-second reset for when none of those fit.
No. SOMA keeps a count of your days, but there is nothing to lose by missing one and nothing to chase by keeping it. Come back and it picks up where your body is that day.
No. It is mobility and recovery work, meant to sit alongside training rather than replace any of it. Nothing here is medical advice, and if a movement hurts, easing off is always the right call.
Length, focus and sound, before you start. You can reorder the sequence by dragging, skip mat work if you have no mat, and ask SOMA to go easy on specific areas. It also learns: rate two rituals as tender and tomorrow's default softens on its own.

Six, ten or eighteen minutes, chosen when you open it.
